I have tried the newer releases (1716, 1717 and tried 1719 & 1720) and the Initial balance study does not show any levels or show them for historical (previous) days only but not for the current day.

Can you please advise?

We see no problem with this study:

We recommend reviewing each of the Input settings. They are documented here:
Initial Balance

Use the Chart Values window to check the values for those recent days to see if you see nonzero values for the Initial Balance lines, or if they are just actually 0:

Thank you, I double-checked the documentation and the settings and seemingly my settings are fine.

I have checked the recent days on the FESX (F.US.DSXM18) and the Initial Balance related values on the Chart Values window are zero. I can get non-zero values when I scroll the chart back to a day where the IB levels are actually displayed.

I have just tried other symbols, like the Gold (F.US.GCEJ18), and the IB study works there perfectly.

The problem exists on EUREX products only - I tried both the CQG feed and the real-time SC data (for example FXM18 for FESX).

Additionally, there is a problem with a Custom study I use (MurreyMath) too:
there is a display error what exists on EUREX symbols only but other non-Eurex products work fine.
Also when I roll back to a previous version, the problem remains the same - similar to the Initial Balance study problem.

This problem first came up when using 1716, but before the problem, I already used the same 1716 SC without any issue.

So maybe these issues (both Initial Balance Study and my custom study) are somehow related/affected by the data from this specific exchange (Eurex).

Can you please advise?

Please see the chartbook attached.

Both my system clock and the timezone set as default in Sierrachart is New York (-5 EST/-4 EDT).
The chart in the chartbook uses global timezone.

Thank you.

The problem is that starting at March 12, the first bar of the day begins at 3:00, which is later than the initial balance time range.

You really need to use the same time zone in the chart which matches the EUREX exchange.
