Thank you, I double-checked the documentation and the settings and seemingly my settings are fine. I have checked the recent days on the FESX (F.US.DSXM18) and the Initial Balance related values on the Chart Values window are zero. I can get non-zero values when I scroll the chart back to a day where the IB levels are actually displayed. I have just tried other symbols, like the Gold (F.US.GCEJ18), and the IB study works there perfectly. The problem exists on EUREX products only - I tried both the CQG feed and the real-time SC data (for example FXM18 for FESX). Additionally, there is a problem with a Custom study I use (MurreyMath) too: there is a display error what exists on EUREX symbols only but other non-Eurex products work fine. Also when I roll back to a previous version, the problem remains the same - similar to the Initial Balance study problem. This problem first came up when using 1716, but before the problem, I already used the same 1716 SC without any issue. So maybe these issues (both Initial Balance Study and my custom study) are somehow related/affected by the data from this specific exchange (Eurex). Can you please advise? |
