Cannot connect Sierra chart to Rithmic

Hello I cannot connect Sierra to the Rithmic platform. I get this error message: Socket (50) | Error received in OnConnect while connecting. Windows error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. | 2016-11-01 08:12:47. I tried various trouble shooting advice including disabling the fire wall, but still cannot connect, however I am ABLE to log in to the Rithmic platform itself. I attached the log file as well as the screen shot from Sierra. Can you please help? Thanks |
