Look at 3rd party programmers. Onn should be able to help. Ignore the db trader. that douche bag has an nda that gives him sole ownership of your coding ideas. f that guy.

A basic divergence is pretty easy, the problem arises regarding the # of specific rules and look back period to avoid chattiness. Something very thorough might be more trouble then its worth.

agree with SgtJ, a code for this could be very complicated for something so easily spotted visually
