Dear friends, I had a problems with orders sent to IB. Those orders disapper after a few seconds. We together did a lot of work, we decided as a last way to dicrease my main account (with two doughter sub-accounts) to only one (that means, the orders will go directly to one communcation chanel. Today I have only one account No and still the communication between Sierra and IB do no work properly. I have an approval. Could we check the communication speeds? Is not there a problem? If you would like to have an pictures of the trade, I can send them .. |

At the time you notice this problem go to Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions. Press the Refresh Trade Data button. Do you see the correct Position quantity for the Symbol and Trade Account displayed on that tab? If not, then contact Interactive Brokers about this. Yes, I can see correct Position quantity for the Symbol and Trade Account displayed on that tab .. After a few seconds the info disappear .. Please note, that we communicated the problem. You asked me to load former Sierra version. Day before yesterday I noticed the order dissapeared and after another while got back. Yesterday the problem (we discuss) appeared again. I use OCO orders, those worked properly, those did not dissapear. If you would like, I can send the video files .. |

For all of the current Positions listed on the Positions tab, do you see any of them with a Symbol that consists of just a number? The version of Sierra Chart you are running is fine. We do not remember asking you to install a previous version of Sierra Chart related to this. That would not make sense. Do not send any video files. Those are not useful to us.
