problem with historical data

this is only happening with gold, it will not plot any of the prices correctly on today's daily bar (6/10/13) http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1370915234521.png here are the correct OHLC for the day: http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/metals/precious/gold_quotes_settlements_futures.html every time i go in and change the data (and save it on the notepad) it changes back when i restart sierra to make sure it stays |

Temporarily there might be incorrect data from our data provider. What you need to do is go to Edit >> Download Data-Historical Chart to re-download the data. Try again now and also tomorrow if you still see invalid values. When posting a chart, please post a very simple chart that consists of nothing more than chart bars and nothing else. the big problem from this morning got fixed, so i decided to give it an hour or so to see if my initial problem got fixed and it still hasnt i tried editing the data and saving it but it wont save and i also tried edit > download data - historical chart that didnt work http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1370969161170.png |

the bar for 6/10/2013 is plotting incorrect data the attached picture is what the gold chart is plotting with a chart values window right next to it showing the OHLC for that day.. http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/metals/precious/gold_quotes_settlements_futures.html in the above link if you go back to yesterdays trade date and look at the "Aug 13" row, those are the correct OHLC for that bar. if i edit the data and save it, it will not stay in the corrected form after a reboot. and the download data - historical chart does not fix anything. i am thinking the problem is the data provider is not giving accurate OHLC for that day since that is what you told me, i just want the accurate data. thanks |

me too, that is why i thought i should wait a few days before saying anything further.. the date is 06-12-13, it is included in both attached images in the values window. thank you for helping with this |
