Using Denali Data Feed with Interactive Brokers Trading (Charts freezing)

Hello Support Team, I need help configuring Sierra Chart to receive real-time futures data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed while routing my trading orders to Interactive Brokers via IB Gateway. My account has Package 10 with Denali data activated. I am experiencing the following behavior: When I set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to Interactive Brokers (Trading), IB Gateway shows green ("API Client connected"), but all my charts freeze and stop updating. When I set Current Selected Service to SC Data [data], the charts update correctly with Denali data, but IB Gateway shows red ("API Client disconnected"), so I cannot route orders to IBKR. Please note that in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings, the option Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is already set to Yes. Could you please advise what might be causing the charts to freeze when connected to the IB trading service, and how to properly configure Sierra Chart to use Denali data alongside IB order routing? When you have your "Current Selected Service" set to "Interactive Brokers", what is the symbol for one chart in which you are having an issue? We ask the above, as you need to ensure you have the correct symbols, and the symbols are different between different services. When you change services and you select "Apply" or "OK" on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window, you will be prompted to update the symbols. You should answer "Yes" to this. If you do not, or if you open another chartbook later, then you can select "Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service".
