When you have your "Current Selected Service" set to "Interactive Brokers", what is the symbol for one chart in which you are having an issue? We ask the above, as you need to ensure you have the correct symbols, and the symbols are different between different services. When you change services and you select "Apply" or "OK" on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window, you will be prompted to update the symbols. You should answer "Yes" to this. If you do not, or if you open another chartbook later, then you can select "Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service".
