Hi Jon, Sorry to bother you again. Yesterday I placed an order on ES (S&P500) at 12:07 Long, 1 contract @ 7724. This was scheduled to fill after 30 ticks (7731.5) at around 12:20. For some reason the order wasn't taken. Can you please look into this one as I believe it was recorded by Rithmic but the balance on the account was not updated so I suspect there is an open issue.
