Hi, I experienced an issue during yesterdays S&P500 session. I placed an order around 7662.50 at 10:03. Price went up and came back at me and I foolishly killed the trade using flatten. The system then created an order shorting the bullish trend. Concerningly for me, the order also had no SL or Take Profit Orders - just a green horizontal line showing the entry point. As part of my trading process I changed the profit format on the trade window to "do not display". Had the P/L not been red I may not have checked it (at least until I'd noticed the green line and known that I did not have a live order). I know that I did not create this order as I have my system set for the trader to provide confirmations for all orders - and all that happened here was a press of the flatten button. A fellow trader experienced something similar in August 2025, I've just checked the Discord channel. Is there anything I can do to ensure the flatten button works - or should I refrain from using it? I'm just conscious that, when the market makes a significant swift move, the SL could be passed/overlooked. Thanks |
