My Rithmic username and password are correct because they work successfully in RTrader Pro. However, Sierra Chart always receives the following error: Logon error received from server: permission denied I tested the following servers: ● HalcyonTrader-Chicago Area-Aggregated ● Apex-Chicago Area-Aggregated Both produce the exact same error. I have attached screenshots showing: ● The Message Log ● The Service Connection Error Could you please check why my Rithmic Direct - DTC login is being denied? Could you also verify whether my account has been correctly authorized to use Sierra Chart through Rithmic Direct - DTC, or whether any permission or configuration is missing?
