In the section of documentation we sent you to, it states the following near the beginning: This "permission denied" error is not within the control of Sierra Chart, as it is coming from Rithmic, and Sierra Chart is simply reporting it.
There is nothing we can do on our end to resolve this error. The interface between Sierra Chart and Rithmic is owned by Rithmic and the error is coming from Rithmic. The general Rithmic support people you talk with do not understand that this is a different interface, but it really does not matter, as everything we know to resolve this issue is contained with the link we gave. And Rithmic has been unwilling to deal with this issue, as we have informed them multiple times of it. Therefore, if you have gone through all the information we have on this, and you are still having an issue, then there is nothing else we know to do to resolve this.
