Position disappears off of chart and DOM

I open a trade on an equity and the chart/DOM shows the position and the targets & stops. After a moment the position disappears leaving only the targets and stops. Position is still live. It does not do this on futures trades. What is going on? All trades are on Interactive Brokers, futures and equities. Why would Sierra drop the position indicator for equities? thanks. |

Most likely you are not using the proper symbol. Refer to the following: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Trade Position Line or Quantity Disappearing or Displaying Zero Since you are getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to use the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" using the full qualified symbol for Interactive Brokers.
