Frozen CL chart for prop firm rithmic account, but not for my real money account

I get the error message: "Rithmic using primary service... downloads not enabled" Somehow, even though I have "allow support for sierra chart data feeds set to "yes," I still am not receiving Denali data for CL. Any thoughts? |

CL is traded on the NYMEX exchange and you do not have an exchange active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed that includes the NYMEX. Sorry for the delay in responding as I wasn't aware of your response until looking back at my previous post. At any rate, I'm still not getting denali data for CLU6 tho it is activated for NYMEX. I have gone thru every protocol I can think of, to no avail. I'm using rithmic for Apex trading eval account so can't change to the recommended services referred to in your documentations. I get denali on every other product except CL. Any ideas?

You do NOT have an exchange active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed that includes NYMEX, where CL is traded. You have the following exchange activated with us: - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts If you want to get the data for NYMEX from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to activate an exchange that includes the NYMEX data. Wow! I learn something new with Sierra all the time. As I only monitor CL, there's no reason for me to get NYMEX. I can get that at TOS. I was confused because I was getting this data until around June 19th. As I had Denali activated for NYMEX, I thought that's all I needed to do. Anyway, thank you for the followup!
