HI New to Sierra charts, not recieving live charts please help asap its been 3 days strug

This was working after I registered,one time I restarted PC charts are not working as expected. please guide me what to do.

I am struggling alot, no DOM Values because the chartitself is not live. please help,thanks. its urgent.

Also how to see time of sales.

Everything on your account looks good, so you should be getting real-time data for the following exchanges that you have active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed:
- CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts
- NASDAQ TotalView

What is one symbol for which you are having an issue? We need the symbol exactly as you have it entered for the chart in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol".

Also, what is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to.
