Hi, I am using the symbol GCQ6.COMEX as an example to bring up Gold data, but I have a blank data feed. This seems to be happening only on COMEX and NYMEX instruments, so basically Gold, silver, oil etc, CME instruments are fine. Volume on the quote board also shows as zero. Can you advise on what I am doing wrong please? The data feed I am using (denali) is showing that COMEX and NYMEX is active. Monthly subscription for the service has been paid. Many thanks. |

This is not correct. We do not know where you are seeing that "COMEX and NYMEX is active". The only exchnage that you have active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed is the following: - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts You do not have any exchanges active to get data for the COMEX or NYMEX exchanges. This is why you are not getting data for products traded on those exchanges.
