(Original inquiry)
I just deposited $150 into my account. "I think"
I did everything I was supposed to do, to deposit the money

But something freaked out I don't know if it went through
I want to make sure that it didn't before I tried again

Where can I check in my account for payments?? I lost?????
Sierra chart customer support is a little confusing/complicated to me

(This is what is happening now)
In my account the $150 payment came in and then it was credited back
I talked to the bank and they say it's not at their end.
The young lady told me, that it was you guys who return the money !!!
Why & what's going on?? What do I need to do now ??

Again; Where can I check in my account for payments??

PS. I don't know if this is in the right place, you guys customer service is insanely complicated !!!! That's the only thing I do not like about Sierra charts !!!!!!!!!!!!
this is the third place I posted this!!! Again: your customer service is insanely complicated !!!!

Sincerely, Best Wishes
Joe V & THANK YOU for your help

We do not see this:
I just deposited $150 into my account. "I think"

How did you send this money and to where?

The payment that you attempted to make on July 4, 2026 in the amount of $150.00 was declined. It was never actually sent to us and then sent back. What you are seeing in your card account is a hold from the payment processor that they put on the funds when the process is started. That hold will be taken off your card after about 24 hours (it should be gone by now that it is July 6, 2026).

We are seeing a lot more declined payments from our payment processor of PayPal V2 for no good reason. Please use the payment processor of "Stripe" that is available on our Payments page at the following link. You will most likely not have an issue with Stripe.

Finally a real answer, THANK YOU !! I don't know what the engineering is talking about

I apologize I sent it, in the wrong place.
I'm waiting for it to clear from my bank account, so I can send it again, right "I finally figured it out" LOL
I come in here and get lost, Thank God for Google & YouTube !!! I get most of my answers there for Sierra Charts, I figure out 10% of my issues here (too complicated for me)

Thank you for your response Mr. John

Sincerely Best Wishes,
Joe V
