(Original inquiry) I just deposited $150 into my account. "I think" I did everything I was supposed to do, to deposit the money But something freaked out I don't know if it went through I want to make sure that it didn't before I tried again Where can I check in my account for payments?? I lost????? Sierra chart customer support is a little confusing/complicated to me (This is what is happening now) In my account the $150 payment came in and then it was credited back I talked to the bank and they say it's not at their end. The young lady told me, that it was you guys who return the money !!! Why & what's going on?? What do I need to do now ?? Again; Where can I check in my account for payments?? PS. I don't know if this is in the right place, you guys customer service is insanely complicated !!!! That's the only thing I do not like about Sierra charts !!!!!!!!!!!! this is the third place I posted this!!! Again: your customer service is insanely complicated !!!!
