Dear SC Techinical Team,

My Sierra Chart is not connecting even though the services are active as seen in the control panel. Could you please indicate what the issue is and how to resolve it? Please see the attached Sierra chart log and the Control Panel status.

We need to see your log by following these instructions:

Reconnect to the data feed:
