Everytime I log in I have to start again although I have saved everything. What am I doing wrong? I do have a paid account Sierra Chart although connected when I go to File and open Chartbook it does not show and instead aI get a Message Log. The one time I did get the Chart to open I then go to edit and to Translate Symbols to Current Service I get 'Message Log'. How do I move forward? Barbara Towers User 997794 |

To start with, you are NOT on a paid package. Your account is currently on a Trial. You have added funds to your account, but you have not selected the package you want. To change to a paid package, follow these instructions: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions But, the fact that you are on a trial has nothing to do with not being able to get charts to work. Although there is a limit on what data you have available while on a trial. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Trial Account So if you have tried to open a chart for a symbol that is not valid while on a trial, you will just get a blank chart.
