"Hello, my account name is gurkaran_deol. I have subscribed to Service Package 12 and paid for the $40.50 Full CME Group Real-Time Market Depth with MBO bundle. My payment cleared and my package is active, but my desktop platform is forcing my charts into delayed data mode (ESM26-CME[M]). I am using the Sierra Chart Simulated Futures Trading Service and do not have an external broker.Please let me know what i have to do , open a live account with stage5 ?? Also, before I open a live account, i would like to try out sierra chart since its my first time. I tried viewing replay of ES , but the heatmap doesnt show up. As it does not show up in delayed feed either. I went through the steps mentioned. Thank you for your help Gurkaran |

To start with, you have activated a non-professional exchange option for the CME Group. In order to be able to get the real-time data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges As to the heatmap, you do have access to the market depth data with the Delayed Streaming Data that you are currently using. How are you trying to view the Market Depth data? Do you have the "Market Depth Historical Graph" setup for your chart?
