To start with, you have activated a non-professional exchange option for the CME Group. In order to be able to get the real-time data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. How are you trying to view the Market Depth data? Do you have the "Market Depth Historical Graph" setup for your chart?
