I apologize if the solution is somewhere in the archives, but I cannot figure out why my data is delayed. Pretty sure my account is up to date with the monthly fees. I have retried activating the exchange. I have tried everything that usually corrects the issue. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks |

Have you connected to your live trading account? You have to do that once a month. Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees |

same issue here ... suddenly today no real-time data I connected to my live TWS account several times today (like I have been doing routinely for years on a monthly basis), but this time that does not fix the problem, data still 10 minutes delayed |

actually, I had already connected to my live TWS account last week, which makes sense because this always occurs in the last week of the month today this is an the beginning of the month ... that's a bit odd and as mentioned, today connecting to IB TWS live does not fix the issue |

Doug1001: You have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading accout since April. Your "Verified Until" date is showing as May 21, 2026, therefore, you have not been able to get real-time data since then. User59879: You did have automatic payments setup, but your card was declined at one point, therefore the option was turned off. We see some additional declines from our payment processor of PayPal V2 since then as well. We are seeing more declines from PayPal V2 recently, but they do not give us any additional information on why there is an issue. We see you have setup automatic payments again, but most likely you will have the same issue. Our recommendation is to make manual payments with our card processor of "Stripe", which is also available on our Payments page. We are working on changing payment processors, but this takes some time to complete.
