Not allowing me to use denali with rithmic account

It is not allowing me to use denali with rithmic despite me following the correct steps. i have done so before. I have left the ,arket and historical data tabs empty and all other settings right, but data isnt loading up like regular when connecyed to sc data, and i dont see the M at the top

If you've Denali realtime data it should work, so have to go to Common Settings and click Allow SierraChart Data Feeds to YES and to connect Rithmic you have to enter the Trading username and password

Wrong screenshot but done all above and still nothing, all is well before i attach my rithmic trading account

Everything on your account looks good, and from what you show in your images, you should not be having an issue getting the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". I'm now currently recieving realtime data, however cant see before 10:30 today and then jumps back to the 1st of may. If i connect to SC data this isnt the case and all works well
