First off, a little context:
I am just starting out with Sierra Chart. I used a different platform before that (Deepcharts), but I decided Sierra will be the best for me and is objectively better. So as I started using the program and getting used to it I wanted to fully replicate the charts I already got used to and fully implement them in Sierra. I am trading MNQ and am working on implementing 1 Min Footprint chart with its corresponding data for delta and volume, 5 Min candlestick chart with Volume Profile for each session on top of it as I will be using every VAH and VAL for my approach. I am trying to get as close as possible to the Deepcharts looks I already got used to.

What I need help with:
1. I want to change how compact is a footprint candle (value density/how much rows a bar has). The only way I found that works without a problem is changing tick size.

Is there an other correct way to do this?

Why doesn't Chart Settings--->Chart Drawings--->Value Increcement Per Bar in Ticks change anything?

Will there be a problem when syncing my footprint chart with other or just for my general workflow if I am using a tick size of 1.25?

2. The Footprint look I aim for is the Bid/Ask columns on the right (will be pleased with them being separated by the candlestick also) and the corresponding normal candlestick on the left. I tried using candlestick outlines or bodies in number bar study settings, but I didn't like the looks. The only true solution I found is using a separate study which is called Overlay (Bar). I synced it to the chart I wanted and placed it on the correct region. The overlay is perfectly connected, but it's behind the footprint columns and I want it to be on the left (moving it with displacement messes up vertical position and there still isn't enough space between footprint bars).

So how can I horizontally offset either of the studies in order to change their position relative to the other and possibly leave enough space between the footprint columns for the overlay candles?

How can I change the width (not the scale or size, just the width) of the overlay study candles to make them slimmer?

3. I am also using a Number Bars Calculated Values study below my Footprint chart in chart region 2. I have 3 rows on it for different types of data.

How can I edit background color and other setting for every individual row?

Notes: You can see the images I have uploaded, I hope they help with context. One picture shows how my Footprint looks now and the next shows how my Footprint changes when I use Displacement on subgraphs for the overlay. I have reached the attachments limit so I can't show the chart I am targeting but I think I explained well enough, else I will just show the image when we continue the conversation.

This is not the correct way to do this. Do not change the Tick Size for the chart. To aggregate the data for the Numbers Bars and Volume by Price studies, use the "Volume at Price Multiplier". Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Volume at Price Multiplier for Historical/Intraday Chart (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Volume at Price menu)

Why doesn't Chart Settings--->Chart Drawings--->Value Increcement Per Bar in Ticks change anything?

That setting is for chart drawings. Refer to the information related to this here:
Chart Settings: Value Increment per Bar in Ticks (Price Unit per Bar in Ticks) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Drawing menu)

Will there be a problem when syncing my footprint chart with other or just for my general workflow if I am using a tick size of 1.25?

Yes, there will be issues with this. See our recommendation above.

What you have referenced are the available options. There is no way to move the bar to the left side of the Numbers Bars. It is always placed in the center of the "bar".

How can I change the width (not the scale or size, just the width) of the overlay study candles to make them slimmer?

You need to change the actual width of the underlying bars. You should be overlaying the bars from the chart itself, so you would want to change that width for that chart. Refer to the following:
Graphics Settings: Using Different Color and Graphics Settings for Specific Charts

Graphics Settings: Candlestick Width % (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other)

How can I edit background color and other setting for every individual row?

You can only change the Text Coloring for each row. This is controlled by the following setting:
Chart Studies: Subgraphs Tab >> Color

You can change the background for all the rows through the following Input:
Numbers Bars: Text Background Color

There is also the option to color the background based on the values percentage relative to the Minimum/Maximum. Refer to the following:
Numbers Bars: Color Background Based on Value Percentage
