Denali CME with Market Depth activated but charts still delayed

Hello, I recently activated: Denali Data Feed CME with Market Depth for non-professional trading accounts However, Sierra Chart is still showing: Delayed What I already tried: Set service to “SC Data - All Services” Restarted Sierra Chart multiple times File → Disconnect / Reconnect to Data Feed Opened brand new Sierra symbols from Find Symbol Closed all other trading platforms/apps Confirmed Denali is activated in Account Control Panel Confirmed CME with Market Depth is activated Updated Symbol Settings from server I also have a Rithmic evaluation account through Lucid that I use as my qualifying futures trading account for non-professional status. I was under the impression that this should still count as a live/evaluation futures account for CME verification purposes. I am trying to receive real-time CME market depth data for ES/NQ. Could you please check if there is an entitlement/account issue or something preventing real-time activation? Thank you. |

no, these prop accounts don't count as live-accounts (these are just sim-accounts), you've to connect a real live-account

As User135243 states, you can not use a Prop Firm account as a qualifying futures account for the CME Group Non-Professional requirement. We wonder where you got that "impression".
