HHello, I am still receiving delayed Eurex market data despite having an active Denali Exchange Data Feed subscription and completing the setup according to your documentation. I have already: * Verified my data feed subscription is active * Configured the Data/Trade Service Settings correctly * Restarted Sierra Chart after applying changes The issue persists. To avoid further back-and-forth and resolve this efficiently, I would like to request a remote session with your support team to review the configuration directly on my system. Please let me know your availability and preferred remote access tool (AnyDesk / TeamViewer or similar), and I will make myself available accordingly. I would prefer to resolve this as soon as possible. Best regards, |

You are setup properly to get the real-time EUREX data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Why do you believe that you are getting our Delayed Streaming data for EUREX? Do you have the "Data Delay" option showing in your Chart Header? This item will be prefixed with "DD:" in the chart header. If it is not there, or not visible, then make sure you add it and can view this item in your chart. This is the best way to know if you are getting delayed data or not. Refer to the following for how to add/move this item to your chart header: Working With Charts: Region Data Line / Chart Header If the "DD:" in your chart shows a delay of 15 minutes, then this would indicate that you are getting the delayed data. The first thing to check in this case is the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds". This option needs to be set to "Yes" for you to get the real-time data. If you change this to "Yes", then select "OK" to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect". You will be getting the real-time data after this. Note that a Data Delay of a few seconds or even minutes is just a difference between the clock that the exchange uses and your computer clock. If you want to use Sierra Chart to synchronize your computer clock to the standard clock, then refer to the following: Network Time Protocol Client For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
