HHello,

I am still receiving delayed Eurex market data despite having an active Denali Exchange Data Feed subscription and completing the setup according to your documentation.

I have already:

* Verified my data feed subscription is active
* Configured the Data/Trade Service Settings correctly
* Restarted Sierra Chart after applying changes

The issue persists.

To avoid further back-and-forth and resolve this efficiently, I would like to request a remote session with your support team to review the configuration directly on my system.

Please let me know your availability and preferred remote access tool (AnyDesk / TeamViewer or similar), and I will make myself available accordingly.

I would prefer to resolve this as soon as possible.
