Hello, I am a new user trying to setup Sierra Chart using AMP Futures as broker.

I am having trouble getting Sierra Chart to connect to AMP.

I have requested the link to Sierra Chart with AMP using Teton, and have provided my username. AMP says that everything on their end is correct.

I have signed disclosures.

I have activated service package 11.

I have activated real time denali data full cme group no market depth. It appears like the real time denali data is working as the charts are no longer 10 minutes delayed.

When I go to change 'data/trade service settings' from SC Data to Teton CME Routing, I get an error "Connection error message from service: Teton CME Routing Connection Error: No trade accounts assigned"


Is there something else that I'm still missing? Please advise. Thank you.

Make sure you have the correct "Clearing Firm" set in "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings". This should be set to "AMP".

If the above is correct, and AMP insists that they have completed the setup for your Teton account, then have AMP double check that they entered your Sierra Chart Account Name correctly. Your Sierra Chart Account Name is what is used to tie the Teton account to your Sierra Chart software, so this must match. Your Sierra Chart Account name is the following (showing just the first and last characters):

Do not let AMP tell you that Sierra Chart needs to do something on our end to enable Teton. This is not true, and we do not know why they state this.

In "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings", I see no "Clearing Firm" field. On the "Main Settings" tab, the available fields are:

Current Selected Service

Service Settings

Saved DTS Configuration
DTS Config (List)

In "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings", set the "Current Selected Service" to "Teton CME Routing". Then select the "A" button to the right of that entry. That will accept the entry and show additional fields associated with that service, one of them being "Clearing Firm".

Select "AMP" in that Clearing Firm selection, then select OK to close that window.

Let us know if you continue to get the error about "No Trading Accounts Assigned".
