Hello, I am a new user trying to setup Sierra Chart using AMP Futures as broker. I am having trouble getting Sierra Chart to connect to AMP. I have requested the link to Sierra Chart with AMP using Teton, and have provided my username. AMP says that everything on their end is correct. I have signed disclosures. I have activated service package 11. I have activated real time denali data full cme group no market depth. It appears like the real time denali data is working as the charts are no longer 10 minutes delayed. When I go to change 'data/trade service settings' from SC Data to Teton CME Routing, I get an error "Connection error message from service: Teton CME Routing Connection Error: No trade accounts assigned" Is there something else that I'm still missing? Please advise. Thank you. |
