Make sure you have the correct "Clearing Firm" set in "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings". This should be set to "AMP". If the above is correct, and AMP insists that they have completed the setup for your Teton account, then have AMP double check that they entered your Sierra Chart Account Name correctly. Your Sierra Chart Account Name is what is used to tie the Teton account to your Sierra Chart software, so this must match. Your Sierra Chart Account name is the following (showing just the first and last characters): r***********9 Do not let AMP tell you that Sierra Chart needs to do something on our end to enable Teton.
