In order to have your status for the CME Group data changed, you need to redo the agreements at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME

The last time you filled them out, you did specify that you were a Professional, but you also did not enter a "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" on the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". In order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to enter the information for that account in those fields in that agreement. Refer to the following regarding this requirement:

There is a mistake. I am NOT a professional trader.

I do not work for any financial institution and I trade only my personal funds.

I mistakenly selected Professional status.

Could you please change my status to Non-Professional?
