Cannot see orderflow on charts

Hello, I for some reason do not have my orderflow displaying on screen. I have attached a screen shot to show what I should be seeing and what I'm seeing. I also have attached an error that I see in studies. I am the only person out of 40 members that is experiencing this. Here are the steps I have taken to try and correct the problem. I have updated to the latest version. I have removed and reinstalled. Of course, along the way have restarted my computer multiple times. Not sure if the error I foun has anything to do with it, but just giving because I'm the only one with this error.

Please advise.

You are referencing an issue with a third party study. You need to talk to the developer of that study for help with it. We can not help you.

The developer had me add Laguerre Filter to one of the charts and then told me send support a message saying that large volume trade indicator is not showing, there is something wrong with your sierra.

Please advise.

If you add a "Laguerre Filter" study, then what does this have to do with the "Large Volume Trade Indicator"?

In the end, it doesn't matter. We can not help with third party studies.

If you are actually having an issue with the "Laguerre Filter" or "Large Volume Trade Indicator", then we would need to know what those issues are, and we can help you with those. But you would need to put these studies on a chart that does NOT have the third party study on it. If these studies work properly on a chart without the third party study, but are not working when that third party study is on the chart, then that third party study is causing an issue - which we can not help with.

Make sure you are storing your data at every tick. Refer to the following:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

What is the symbol of the chart?

And what are the following Inputs set to for your Large Volume Trade Indicator:
- Volume Threshold
- Draw Mode

You should definitely have markers for the Large Volume Trade Indicator for the M 2026 contract for MNQ. Attached is an image of what we see when we add this to a chart.

Did you check your "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" as mentioned in post #6 and make sure that it is set to "1 Tick"?
