You should definitely have markers for the Large Volume Trade Indicator for the M 2026 contract for MNQ. Attached is an image of what we see when we add this to a chart. Did you check your "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit" as mentioned in post #6 and make sure that it is set to "1 Tick"?
