Hello, Whenever I place an order in Sierra Chart, a popup appears and the order is not executed. I have attached a screenshot. Please help me solve this issue. “I have tried everything but this problem is not getting solved. I trade on a prop firm account. Whenever I try to place an order and press Buy or Sell, this popup appears and my order does not execute. My data connection is completely fine. I have attached a screenshot. What is the "popup" that you are getting? Please get us an image of this. And with regards to the Trade Service Log, we need to see the entire log. The above is your Message Log. We needed to see your Trade Service Log. But, we see the information from the video you supplied. You have "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" enabled, but you are trying to send an order to your non-simulated account. You need to select "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" to remove the checkmark next to that item so you are then sending orders to your connected account.
