The above is your Message Log. We needed to see your Trade Service Log. But, we see the information from the video you supplied. You have "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" enabled, but you are trying to send an order to your non-simulated account. You need to select "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" to remove the checkmark next to that item so you are then sending orders to your connected account.
