Dear Support Team, For a while, I have been receiving an attached error from the server. After this pop-up message emerges, Sierra gets connected on the following connection attempts. Just in case you ask, another Sierra Chart is not open on any other device. Check the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Use Backup Connectivity as Primary". If this is set to "Yes", then change it to "No". Then select "OK" to close that window and select "File >> Reconnect" to reconnect to the data/trading services. Otherwise, let us know if it is already set to "No". If there is an error connecting to the primary server address, for Teton order routing, and then there is another connection, the second connection goes to the backup server which will reject the connection and you will get that error message. just ignore it.
