Check the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Use Backup Connectivity as Primary". If this is set to "Yes", then change it to "No". Then select "OK" to close that window and select "File >> Reconnect" to reconnect to the data/trading services.

Otherwise, let us know if it is already set to "No".
