Dear Support Team! Today when I loaded up SC, noticed that my historical data was only loaded until February 04. And new data started apprearing normally after I had SC open. I'm using rithmic connection non-aggregated. 2880 SierraChart client. I have had tested my rithmic connection with 2 different platforms and RTrader Pro aswell, data were displayed correctly there. Rithmic support told me after some emaling that the problem is not via their end. Could you assist me please? I have deleted and redownloaded my data. Also tried to use 2 different computers, installed a second SC and tested there. |

Rithmic support is wrong. It is completely their issue. They have a lack of historical data with the interface that they wrote to connect to Sierra Chart. So it doesn't matter what you see in any other system. Refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy The solution is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Just keep in mind that in order to get the data at the non-professional rates for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account; and you need to connect your Sierra Chart sotware to that account at least once a month for verification.
