Rithmic support is wrong. It is completely their issue. They have a lack of historical data with the interface that they wrote to connect to Sierra Chart. So it doesn't matter what you see in any other system.

The solution is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Just keep in mind that in order to get the data at the non-professional rates for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account; and you need to connect your Sierra Chart sotware to that account at least once a month for verification.
