Custom Symbol Issues

I am running SC Version 2867 and IB TWS Version 10.37.1o. 1) 'Custom symbols' no longer appear in 'Available Symbols' in Instance #1 under 'Commodity'. Instance #2 shows 'Custom Symbols'. Instance #1: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1771502800414.png Instance #2: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1771503162329.png 2) Custom symbols can no longer be rolled over. Previous versions of Sierra Chart allowed a Custom 'New Symbol' to be typed in and all charts with the 'Current Symbol' were rolled over to the Custom 'New Symbol'. The 'New Symbol' field is read only now. Now you need to go into 'Settings' for every chart and edit the 'Symbol' https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1771503853562.png 3) Instance #1 is giving error code 406 when I try rolling over a custom symbol from 42*{RB-202603-NYMEX}-1*{CL-202603-NYMEX} to 42*{RB-202604-NYMEX}-1*{CL-202604-NYMEX}. Message from IB: Currency 1*{CL is not allowed. IB Error Code: 406. Instance #2 is not giving this error code for the same symbol and is able to download the data to a chart. Instance #1 Message Log error is shown below. This started with the April contract for the RB.CL inter-commodity spread. January, February, and March contracts did not give this error code for Instance #1. 2. This has already been resolved in the latest prerelease. You are able to enter a new symbol. Regarding everything else nothing has changed with this functionality and we have not had time to do testing but we would not expect to find a problem. We will be doing testing, this week. As expected we do not see any problems with custom calculated symbols. Go through the steps here again: Custom Calculated Symbols: Instructions Check the existing symbol settings for the custom calculated symbol, in particular follow step 11. I downloaded SC Version 2886 PreRelease. I went through the 'Custom Calculated Symbols: Instructions'. Step 4: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values was not enabled in Instance #1. When I enabled this, I was able to download data for Custom Symbol: 42*{RB-202604-NYMEX}-1*{CL-202604-NYMEX} in Instance #1. At some point, this was disabled for Instance #1. Step 11: Use Formula Operators was not enabled for Custom Symbol: 1*{RB-202604-NYMEX}-1*{RB-202605-NYMEX}. When I enabled this and I enabled Step 4, I was able to download data for this custom symbol in Instance #1. You can close this support ticket. The issues I had have been resolved.
