I downloaded SC Version 2886 PreRelease. I went through the 'Custom Calculated Symbols: Instructions'. Step 4: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values was not enabled in Instance #1. When I enabled this, I was able to download data for Custom Symbol: 42*{RB-202604-NYMEX}-1*{CL-202604-NYMEX} in Instance #1. At some point, this was disabled for Instance #1. Step 11: Use Formula Operators was not enabled for Custom Symbol: 1*{RB-202604-NYMEX}-1*{RB-202605-NYMEX}. When I enabled this and I enabled Step 4, I was able to download data for this custom symbol in Instance #1. You can close this support ticket. The issues I had have been resolved.
