Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am currently experiencing an issue accessing my Sierra Chart account. My VPS service became lagged and unresponsive, and it appears that my Sierra Chart session is still logged in on that device. Because of this, I am unable to log in from another device. I have an active premium service package, and this situation is preventing me from accessing the platform for trading and analysis. Could you please force logout my account from all connected devices so I can log in again normally? If you require any verification details, I am happy to provide them. Thank you for your assistance. I appreciate your prompt support. Best regards, Abhinayan |

You should not have any trouble logging into Sierra Chart, but you would have a problem accessing the CME data from more than one computer at the same time. We did invalidate, the two most recent logins. For any instance of Sierra Chart you still have control over, we want you to restart it. If there is only one instance of Sierra Chart, on the VPS you do not have control over, then do nothing with that, and then Start Sierra Chart on your local computer. Do that and let us know what issue you have at this time. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
