You should not have any trouble logging into Sierra Chart, but you would have a problem accessing the CME data from more than one computer at the same time.

We did invalidate, the two most recent logins. For any instance of Sierra Chart you still have control over, we want you to restart it.

If there is only one instance of Sierra Chart, on the VPS you do not have control over, then do nothing with that, and then Start Sierra Chart on your local computer.

Do that and let us know what issue you have at this time.
