Dear Sierra Chart Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am currently experiencing an issue accessing my Sierra Chart account. My VPS service became lagged and unresponsive, and it appears that my Sierra Chart session is still logged in on that device. Because of this, I am unable to log in from another device.

I have an active premium service package, and this situation is preventing me from accessing the platform for trading and analysis.

Could you please force logout my account from all connected devices so I can log in again normally?
