Hello Can you please confirm, even on a trial, I will still need to pay for a package to get any kind of data through as I am not getting data This is what i'm getting under symbol column in Quote board when trying to add a symbol i.e. ZNH26 'Symbol Data is null until symbol is known to data feed' what am i doing wrong? Please note I have not bought any package yet as I am trialing the software As you can tell I'm new to SC and trying to get my head around it. Thank you for your help and patience Titus |

While on a trial, you have limited data you can access. Refer to the information at the following link: Sierra Chart Trial Account ZN is not one of the symbols that you have access to, so you will not get anything for that symbol. If you want to have access to more data than what is available during the Trial, then you would need to change to a paid package. The "Base" packages are a little cheaper and are meant to be used while learning the system or developing a strategy. You can not connect to trading or data services (including our own Denali Exchange Data Feed), but you do have access to the core real-time data we have available as well as our Delayed Streaming Data.
