Which Sierra Chart Service and Data Package Do I Need (and Cost)?

Hello, I would like some guidance on which Sierra Chart services and data packages I should be using, and the associated costs. My primary use of Sierra Chart is for: - Order flow and DOM-based trading - Chart DOM / Trade DOM analysis - Market depth (Bid/Ask size and quantity) - Replay functionality for practice and study I would like to understand: 1. Which Sierra Chart service package is appropriate for this type of use. 2. Which market data service(s) are required to see full market depth (for example CME futures). 3. Whether market depth and DOM behavior during Replay require any specific service or data package. 4. What the total monthly cost would be for the recommended setup. My goal is to make sure I am subscribed to the correct services and not missing any required components. Thank you for your assistance. |

For Order Flow, we assume you want the "Numbers Bars" study. In this case, you would need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages. Refer to the following for the Numbers Bars study: Numbers Bars But we really need additional information before we can give more specifics: - What are the exchanges for which you are wanting data? - Do you require real-time data, or will Delayed Streaming Data suffice? - Will you be connecting to a trading account and trading directly from Sierra Chart? Hi, I would like to reactivate my Sierra Chart account and want to make sure I select the correct service package and data feeds. My intended usage is: * Order Flow trading and analysis (Trade DOM, Time & Sales, Numbers Bars) * Market Replay with full depth of market * Simulated trading only (no live trading at this stage) Exchanges required: * CME futures (primarily Micro E-mini S&P 500 – MES) * Eurex futures (Euro Stoxx 50) Data requirements: * Real-time market depth and Time & Sales I will not be connecting to a live trading account or trading live from Sierra Chart at this stage. Please confirm: 1. The exact Sierra Chart service package name and package number required for this usage. 2. The appropriate Denali data feeds for CME and Eurex. 3. I will not be connecting to a live trading account or trading live from Sierra Chart at this stage.
In order to get real-time data for the CME Group at the Non-Professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges The above does not apply to EUREX, just the CME Group. But, if you want to get any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed (either CME Group or EUREX), then you would need to be on the "Integrated Advanced" package at $46.00 per month. And you would have to pay for the exchange fees. Therefore, we would recommend using our Delayed Streaming data, which is 10 minutes and 10 seconds behind the real-time data for the CME Group, and 15 minutes behind for EUREX. This data acts just like the real-time data, except for it being delayed. This then allows you to be on the "Base Advanced" package for $36.00 per month. The delayed streaming data is free of charge with any package.
