Trial - Studies not loading in Package 11

Hello, free trial user. I chose Package 11, but even though the studies—Large Volume Trade Indicator and Market Depth Historical Graph—show up in the list, nothing appears on my chart after adding them. I need these for testing. Why aren't they drawing? Thank you Username:X4UG3R |

Just so you are aware, you are NOT on Package 11. You are currently the Trial, which does give you the full access to the system. So you can use those studies with the Trial. But, you do have limited data you have access to. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Trial Account Ensure you are using a symbol that is on the list for Trial accounts and that the symbol has Market Depth data available (in order to get the Market Depth Data). Also, be aware that FOREX and CFD data has all trades as a quantity of 1, so the Large Volume Trade Indicator will not work with those symbols. One other item of note, in order to use the Large Volume Trade Indicator, you need to have your data stored in 1 tick increments. Refer to the following setting: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
