Denali CME Futures Still Delayed

Hello,

I have Service Package 11 and Denali Exchange Data Feed enabled.
CME Group is activated in my Account Control Panel, but all CME futures
(ESH26, ES) are still delayed in Sierra Chart.

Could you please refresh or enable my Denali CME exchange authorization?

You have the following exchange active:
- Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts

You specified that you have a live trading account with Interactive Brokers when you filled out the exchange agreements for the CME Group data. But you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to that account to verify your status. You need to connect at least once a month if you are not always connected to your live trading account. Refer to the following for how to do this:

When you make a proper connection, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. This must be in the future in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the Non-Professional rates. You can view this date at the following link:
