You have the following exchange active: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts You specified that you have a live trading account with Interactive Brokers when you filled out the exchange agreements for the CME Group data. But you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to that account to verify your status. You need to connect at least once a month if you are not always connected to your live trading account.
